50 covers + bar seats and open kitchen countertop service

Closed Sundays + structured service (2 : 3 turns daily)

Autonomy over menus + seasonal British produce focus

The Ideal Head Chef

Proven experience leading teams in high : quality bistro / restaurant kitchens

Passion for French techniques and seasonal British ingredients

Strong leadership : fosters collaboration and excellence

Longevity in previous roles (min. 2+ years tenure preferred)
