Maintenance Electrician

Mobile Maintenance Electrician Location : Newcastle, NE1 5D Hours of work : 40 Contract Type : Permanent ISS, a leading provider of facilities services in the UK, is looking for a Maintenance Electrician to join our team. The Mobile Maintenance Electrician will play a key role in delivering, operating, and supporting client account resources and operations, ensuring all Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) is carried out in compliance with legislative and contract requirements. Job Description This role offers excellent opportunities for training and development, as well as the chance to work across a variety of sites. In addition to PPM duties, the role requires a reactive response to site equipment and facilities across the entire network, including offices, stations, depots, sidings, or other locations as required. The Mobile Maintenance Electrician will also be responsible for delivering both major projects and minor additional works, ensuring high standards of service and operational efficiency. • Comply with full CAFM requirements.
• Ensure all PPM is carried out to a high standard and correctly recorded.
