    Job Description

    • Provide expert legal advice on property development matters, including acquisitions, disposals, and leases.
    • Draft and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documentation.
    • Offer strategic counsel to clients regarding complex property transactions.
    • Conduct due diligence to ensure compliance with applicable property laws and regulations.
    • Collaborate with other departments to deliver a seamless client experience.
    • Maintain strong client relationships by addressing their needs promptly and efficiently.
    • Stay updated on changes in property law to provide informed advice.
    • Supervise and mentor junior team members within the legal department.
    • The Successful Applicant

      A successful Senior Property Development Solicitor should have :

    • A qualified solicitor with 5+ years PQE with a focus on property development law.
    • Proven experience in handling complex property transactions.
    • Strong drafting and negotiation skills for legal documentation.
    • Excellent understanding of property law and regulations in the UK.
    • A client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
