We are looking for a Agency Trading Lead to lead our trading strategy at Zoopla, focusing on maximising revenue potential across all Agency products and.This role involves leading the development and execution of innovative trading strategies, with a strong emphasis on servicing media agencies and articulating the unique benefits of advertising on Zoopla. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape, including programmatic and direct sales, and will be adept at leveraging our First Party Data to drive demand for InSearch and Audience extension products. They will also be instrumental in cultivating core strategic partnerships and securing regular brand collaborations, while proactively generating demand for direct and programmatic guaranteed deals. This position requires close collaboration with sales, product, and technology teams, driving data-driven trading decisions and fostering solutions aligned with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive trading strategy that drives revenue growth across all channels and product lines, with a focus on servicing media agencies and selling the benefits of advertising on Zoopla.
- Lead and mentor a team of 3, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to inform and optimise pricing strategies, ensuring competitive offerings without compromising yield, and driving the sale of InSearch + Audience extension powered by our First Party Data.
- Leverage data and analytics to make informed trading decisions and identify emerging opportunities in the marketplace.
- Manage relationships with external partners and technology vendors to ensure trading operations are cutting-edge and efficient, supplementing core strategic partnerships with regular brand partnerships (e.g., Vauxhall).
- Monitor OKRs to assess trading performance and highlight areas for improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, implementing best practices to enhance trading capabilities.
- Represent Zoopla at industry events and conferences, showcasing our innovations and commitment to excellence in trading.
Requirements
