Streamline Corporate is a fast moving, high growth business, presently £12 m turnover, working predominately in a B2B environment.

The Head of Finance will work closely with our Managing Director and leadership team, to continue supporting Streamline’s overall business objectives and growth trajectory.

The role :

• As the no1 in Finance, support the entire financial operations of the business
• Work closely with the Managing Director and the rest of the Senior Leadership Team
• Provide effective management of the organisation’s financial resources
• Develop and oversee financial strategies, processes, and controls to support organisational goals while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain robust relationships with key external stakeholders
• Drive financial analysis, management reporting, budgeting, working capital management
• Part of the core leadership group on the Business Central (ERP) Implementation project
• Evaluate and implement financial systems and tools
• Lead, manage and coach the members of the Finance team
• Manage company financial and business activity reports whilst meeting key financial ratio targets.
• Responsibility for instigating practices to monitor costs and provide management and cover for the Finance function.

The person :

The opportunity could be run on a 4 day per week basis.

Salary - £68-75k plus benefits.
