Your Role

As Volunteer Assistant Director, you will work closely with the Founder and team to elevate Casual Ballerz CIC to new heights. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll make a meaningful impact while building your skills and professional network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Innovation : Design and develop programs to engage underserved young people, helping us expand to four major cities by 2030.
  • Fundraising Leadership : Identify and pursue funding opportunities through grants, sponsorships, and partnerships to fund programs and long-term goals.
  • Community Growth : Build relationships with schools, local organisations, and other stakeholders to expand our reach and deepen our impact.
  • Strategic Development : Contribute to strategies for growing our team, strengthening our brand, and positioning Casual Ballerz CIC as a leader in grassroots community development.
