Are you an experienced manager with a passion for quality, coaching, and continuous improvement? We’re working with a leading client who’s on the lookout for a collaborative and driven individual to lead a team of six within their Quality Assurance and Outcomes Testing department.This is more than a leadership role—it’s a chance to make a real impact. You’ll be at the heart of ensuring high standards and positive outcomes for customers, while fostering a supportive environment that helps your team thrive. Key Responsibilities :

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of QA specialists

Manage testing and assurance reviews across customer journeys

Provide clear, actionable insights to enhance service, compliance, and quality

Collaborate with internal teams to identify trends and drive improvements

Conduct regular 1 : 1s, coaching sessions, and performance development activities

About You :

Proven experience in managing or coaching a team

Strong organisational and communication skills

Ability to analyse and present data in a meaningful way

Detail-oriented with a proactive, team-first attitude

Previous experience in QA, compliance, or outcomes testing is highly desirable
