As a Retail Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the seamless operation of our retail network. This role involves assisting in the coordination of key retail operations, ensuring smooth administrative processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain operational excellence. The Retail Operations Administrator will oversee tasks related to store openings, utilities, contracts, reporting, and vendor management, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all areas of responsibility.

What will the role entail?

• Store Coordination :
• Collaborate with Store Design and Project Managers on new store openings and refits for all retail locations.
• Coordinate with Indirect Costs to ensure utilities (e.g., electricity, water) are set up for new stores and closed for store closures.
• Work with Maintenance to update accounts and utilities after store closures.
• Data :
• Keep rent, rates, and lease details up to date.
• Track real estate details like lease breaks and upcoming changes.
• Maintain and update the retail rent and rates master data, ensuring alignment with lease agreements.
• Maintain and update Store Force master data for store openings, closures, and other changes.
• Invoices and purchases :
• Raise purchase orders and ensure timely processing of invoices for payment through the Accounts Payable platform.
• Track and follow up on outstanding accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
• Communication and Store Operations Support :
• Coordinate with the office team to facilitate effective communication with stores via digital platforms.
• Support retail operations by assisting with store audits, HR processes, merchandising, and senior management requests.
