Are you detail-driven and passionate about getting payroll right? As our Payroll Advisor, Benefits , you’ll be the go-to expert for the day-to-day processing, reconciliation, and governance of employee benefits within our payroll systems.
You’ll collaborate closely with our Compensation and Benefits team to ensure every benefit is processed on time, in line with HMRC regulations, and with absolute accuracy. From managing starters, movers, and leavers to ensuring compliance with salary sacrifice schemes and national minimum wage legislation, your work will directly protect our people and our business from overpayment risks. Based in our Central offices in Northampton we are able to offer an element of f hybrid working ,
Pay, benefits and more :
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £38,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days so you can enjoy a positive work-life balance.
