THE ROLE :

As we plan to embark on the next phase of growth, we’re looking for a hands-on Account / Personal Brand Manager. This role requires project management skills, a strong understanding of the social media landscape, and a relentless focus on attention to detail. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants a front-row seat as we scale fast!

Key Responsibilities :

  • Build & Support Client Strategies : Collaborate with clients to develop and implement comprehensive branding strategies.
  • Execution Planning : Translate strategies into actionable and clear execution plans.
  • Project Management : Oversee key deliverables, ensuring projects meet deadlines and exceed client expectations.
  • Client Management : Be the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Sales Support : Assist with internal sales activities, including proposal preparation and client pitches.
  • Content Creation : Write and curate high-performing LinkedIn content tailored to individual clients.
  • Business Growth : Identify and capitalise on growth opportunities for both the business and our clients.
  • Performance Reporting : Analyse social media performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Ideal Skills + Experience :

  • Communication & Teamwork : Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in and manage teams.
  • Social Strategy Expertise : Solid understanding of social media strategy and high-performing content.
  • Strategic & Operational Skills : Strong ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Attention to Detail : Incredibly high attention to detail with a passion for branding and marketing.
  • Agency Experience : Preferably 1-2 years of experience working in an agency setting.
  • Travel Availability : Preferably able to travel to London easily when needed.
