Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum Support pupils' academic progress and personal development Use a range of assessment tools to monitor pupil learning and inform planning Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment Work closely with colleagues, teaching assistants, and parents to support each child's learning journey Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Experience teaching within Key Stage 2 A child-centred approach with high expectations for all pupils Strong communication, organisation, and classroom management skills An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply through Aspire People) Why Join Aspire People?
