Our client, a well-established main dealer based in Epsom, is actively seeking a driven General Sales Manager to take full ownership of their dealership and lead the team to achieve outstanding results. The Role :

• Take full responsibility for the day-to-day management and smooth running of the dealership
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently exceed new and used vehicle sales targets
