Description

  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders regarding the status of disrepair issues and proposed solutions.
  • Ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with the relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Contributing to the development of maintenance strategies for the properties.
  • Providing expert advice on disrepair matters to colleagues and management as required.

Profile

A successful Disrepair Surveyor should have :

  • A relevant qualification in surveying, construction, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the public sector.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of construction standards and regulations.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A valid driver's license and the willingness to travel as required.
