Our cutting-edge technology provides TV & Film production companies around the world with a comprehensive suite of solutions to operate the most successful, profitable and efficient productions in the entertainment industry today.

eTribez seeks a Customer Success Manager to join the European team, with a special focus on German-based production companies.

Please note, this is not a sales position.

Responsibilities :

Work closely with customers to make sure they gain the most value from our product
Maintain and grow strong client relationships with a focus on client satisfaction
Identify client requirements, configure software, and communicate gaps
Conduct periodical business reviews (QBRs) for customers, including performance analysis and future roadmap
Create and maintain documentation and training materials
Lead client demo and training sessions

Requirements :

3+ years of previous experience in a client-facing Project Management role.

Experience working with and communicating requirements to the Product team.

Excellent written and communication skills

Excellent organisational skills, ability to multitask and prioritise

Advantage : Additional language is an advantage (Italian, Spanish or French)

Ability to work remotely as required
