Registered Nurse - Case Manager - Community Hospice

Position Specific Requirements :

• 2 years' experience in either home health, home hospice, or med surg - or a combination of these three settings.

On-call :

Not typically, variable dependent upon program needs.

Incentives :

10,000 Sign On Bonus for full-time external applicants, prorated for part-time roles. Additional terms and conditions apply.
