TXM has an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager within a Rolling Stock Overhaul company.

Our client is looking for an experienced project manager within a manufacturing background to hit the ground running and be part of this growing company.

This role will require you to communicate clearly with clients, ensure projects meet specifications, and provide regular updates to clients.

Other responsibilities include :

• Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of engineering and manufacturing projects across the rail, defence, and HVAC sectors, ensuring alignment with client specifications and company standards.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including design, production, and procurement, to ensure efficient workflow, timely delivery, and quality assurance.
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resources, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions to maintain project performance and profitability.
• Liaise with key stakeholders and clients, maintaining clear communication and reporting on project progress, milestones, and scope changes.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and the client’s internal quality management systems throughout the project lifecycle.
