Job Description

We're seeking a proactive and collaborative Front Office Charles River Development Specialist to support our Global Investment teams in optimizing the Charles River Investment Management System (CRD). This key role ensures smooth operation and continuous improvement of our front office workflows, working closely with internal teams and external partners like State Street. What you'll be doing :

  • Representing Investments on daily calls to triage and communicate platform issues
  • Monitoring communication channels and responding to front office queries
  • Collaborating with IT support to resolve workflow issues efficiently
  • Developing tracking methods to ensure timely resolution of issues
  • Reporting outstanding items and change requests to senior stakeholders
  • Ensuring internal risk processes are followed for platform-related issues
  • Coordinating with external partners to manage and prioritize CRD changes
  • Communicating escalation paths and support processes to investment teams

Qualifications

Who we're looking for :

  • Ideally 7+ years experience in front office or investment roles
  • Strong knowledge of investment processes and products
  • Hands-on experience with platforms like Charles River Development, Aladdin, or State Street
  • Clear and confident communication with stakeholders at all levels
  • Understanding of software development life cycles and project delivery
  • Effective collaboration across technical and non-technical teams
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and analysis
