We are looking for someone who shares our passion and is committed, enthusiastic, dedicated, and passionate about improving outcomes for adults in Warwickshire.
We are seeking experienced Social Workers to join our expanding Social Care and Support Service. Our vacancies are in the Disability Transitions Team, Warwick Older People's Team and Hospital Social Care Team (George Eliott and St Cross hospitals).
