As a Senior Analyst, you will bring your knowledge and expertise while receiving extensive training and development. A self-starter with a genuine can-do attitude will thrive in this team of talented and ambitious individuals who share a passion for technology.

Here are some of the responsibilities :

  • Help clients understand the options and possibilities for how they can use highly configurable and complex systems
  • Design and implement top-quality new software solutions
  • Solve challenging technical problems using a structured and logical approach
  • Gather client requirements and turn these into detailed, unambiguous, and accurate specifications
  • Manage the build of sometimes complex implementations, and ensure this is done to specification
  • Continuously monitor and improve all aspects of the software
  • Support the sales team by contributing to client proposals including presenting and demonstrating technical solutions to clients

Requirements for the role :

  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an analytical role, particularly in technology
  • Full right to work in the UK without restrictions
  • Achieved a 2 : 1 or above at Bachelor’s level in a STEM subject including Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or Engineering from a top 30 UK university
  • Excellent A-levels, minimum AAB (or equivalent), including an A in Maths
  • Very strong communication skills
  • Based close to or willing to relocate to Birmingham, as this is a hybrid position
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Logical, well-organized, and practical
  • Confident and eager to take on responsibility and learn new skills quickly
  • The ability to work well as part of a team, seamlessly collaborating with others
  • Computer literate (e.g., Word, Outlook, Excel) and able to pick up new concepts

    • A starting salary of up to £45,000 p.a. is offered, as well as competitive benefits and an option to work remotely up to 3 days a week.
