Job Title : Senior Care Assistant

Please note : This role is full time, 44 hours per week, working nights from 8pm to 8am on a seven-day rota.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Planning and implementing care that promotes residents' security, dignity, and independence.
• Getting to know residents and their families to deliver personalized care plans.
• Leading a team of Care Assistants to maintain high standards of care.
• Supporting residents with daily activities, end-of-life care, and communicating with families.
• Assisting with social and recreational activities and administering medication.
• Maintaining accurate records and fostering strong team relationships.
