Job Description :

As such, Direct Medics are working in partnership with the Health & Social Care Trusts to find an experienced and dedicated Band 6 Biomedical Scientist who will be based in Derry / Londonderry.  The Cellular Pathology service provides Histopathology, Diagnostic Cytology, Andrology and mortuary services in the WHSCT.

Requirements :

  • HCPC Registered Biomedical Scientist
  • IBMS Specialist Diploma in Cellular Pathology
  • At least 1 years post registration experience in Cellular Pathology (UK / Ireland Based)
  • Extensive experience in sample dissection and microtomy
  • Right to live and work in the UK
