Bank Physiotherapy Administrator
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a flexible and dynamic individual to join our Physiotherapy Department at Rowley Hall Hospital. The successful post holder will assist in delivering a smooth and efficient administration service working within a demanding but rewarding environment contributing to patient care. You will ensure that patients appointments are booked in a timely and professional manner; using our Electronic Patient Records (EPR) system Maxims. Providing the best service to our patients is vital and you will therefore be passionate about patient care and customer service.
In order to provide a patient focused service an excellent telephone manner is essential as is the ability to work calmly under pressure and to use your initiative. You will have good administration skills and have the ability to organise and prioritise the workload whilst working under pressure. You will have proven experience in administration and customer service excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Rowley Hall Hospital is one of Staffordshires leading private hospitals located in a Georgian listed building in five acres of Rowley Park only five minutes from the centre of Stafford. The hospital opened in 1987 and currently has 13 bedrooms all with en suite facilities. By investing in advanced medical technology the hospital offers a wide range of treatments and services. Two fully equipped theatres with ultra clean air technology are particularly suitable for orthopaedic procedures such as arthroscopy hip and knee replacement and spinal surgery.
