The role involves coordinating all aspects of the packing process during a busy seasonal period, ensuring quality, efficiency, and staff coordination are consistently maintained. Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily packhouse operations, including staff across multiple shifts
• Ensure all fruit is packed to the required quality and specification
• Work closely with growing and commercial teams to align supply and demand
• Maintain hygiene, food safety, and compliance standards
• Monitor packing efficiency, packaging stock levels, and minimise waste
• Support site preparation pre-season and contribute during audits and visits Ideal Candidate
