He lives with his loving supportive parents in a property adapted to meet his needs. You will be working in a busy family home, so will need to be sensitive to the needs and boundaries of the family and support his Mum and Dad when it comes to maintaining their structure and values. We are looking for professional support workers who can commit to long term involvement to provide a stable environment and facilitate our client to achieve his full potential and manage his complex medical needs. They need to be motivated, enthusiastic, and flexible individuals with a commitment to supporting our client’s family to care for and support him to live a full, active, and fulfilling life as possible. You will work closely with his family and follow specific plans of care which include a wide range of therapies provided though social and recreational activities within the home and the local community.
