Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer

Our client, who are a well-established HVAC contractor are now looking for a mobile Air-conditioning Engineer to join their expanding team, covering the Southeast (M3 Corridor) and occasional London work.

As an Air-conditioning Engineer, you will be responsible for the pre-planned and reactive maintenance on a range of interesting commercial properties across education, healthcare, heritage, and commercial and industrial spaces.

Air-conditioning Engineer Duties :

• Meeting with existing customers onsite to undertake maintenance / service to previously installed air conditioning units.
• Complete reactive visits, including fault find, diagnosis, isolate and repair
• Deliver remedial works and other small projects.
• Update, renew and correct asset lists to ensure that the correct contract is kept up to date
• Complete assigned service and maintenance list of inspections to a high standard.
• Ensure all company requirements in relations to paperwork, time sheets, activity sheets and vehicle checks are adhered to and completed accurately and in a timely manner.
