Passionate about art & photography? Looking for a way to break into the creative industry? This is your opportunity to join theprintspace , the world’s leading fine art & photographic printers. Working from our state of the art studio in Shoreditch, the heart of London’s thriving creative community, your role will involve day-to-day interactions with globally recognised artists and photographers, providing print production advice for their exhibition, portfolio and art sales projects.

What you'll be doing :

Assist Clients : Manage requests via c alls, live chat, and in-person interactions in our state-of-the-art Shoreditch studio.
Advise on Print Production : Help artists and photographers bring their work to life with expert guidance.
Solve Problems : Address and resolve customer concerns, escalating when necessary.
Share Insights : Provide feedback and ideas to management to help shape our products and services.
Build Relationships : Create long-term connections with creatives across the globe.

What we're looking for :

Recent graduates, freelance artists, or artist / studio assistants eager to build a career in the creative industry.

Passion for art & photography —you love the creative world.

Photoshop & Adobe skills —a plus, but not required.

Customer-facing experience —whether in retail, hospitality, or any interactive role.

Highly motivated individuals —ready to learn, grow, and contribute.
