Chef De Partie

What we look for in a Chef de Partie :

We seek an experienced Chef de Partie or an enthusiastic Commis Chef ready for the next step, passionate about producing quality fresh food in a welcoming environment. As a Chef de Partie, you will :

  • Champion excellent service through quality food.
  • Demonstrate a passion for delivering fantastic dishes consistently.
  • Be an active, hands-on Chef de Partie or Kitchen Supervisor.
  • Show willingness to learn new skills and work well within a team with excellent communication skills.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to design and deliver new dishes for menus and specials.
  • Maintain effective controls regarding GP and labour through good planning and organisation.
  • Drive sales and growth by engaging with both kitchen and front-of-house teams.
