Mortgage and Protection Advisor

Our client, a leading and well-established estate agency brand, is currently seeking a Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join their dynamic team in Ipswich.

We’re looking for a driven and customer-focused professional who can enhance the homebuying experience through expert mortgage advice. If you’re adaptable, self-motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, this opportunity is for you.

Key responsibilities :

Build strong relationships with estate agency colleagues to support and drive mortgage business

Attract and convert new business while working to professional and performance targets

Provide clear, tailored mortgage and protection advice that supports the full customer journey

Attend regular branch meetings and contribute to a collaborative environment

What you’ll need :

Full CeMAP or industry-recognised equivalent

Proven ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment

Outstanding customer care and communication skills

Resilient, organised, and detail-oriented

Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
