We’re looking for a creative, driven individual to manage our digital presence — from our WordPress-powered website to TikTok campaigns and Google Ads. If you're a recent graduate or apprentice with a passion for digital marketing, this is your chance to make a real impact.
Pay £27-28k pa plus bonus potential
What you’ll do :
- Take ownership of our WordPress website — updating content, improving UX, and ensuring it reflects our brand and industry expertise.
- Plan and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube) to attract candidates and clients in the logistics sector.
- Create and schedule engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X to build trust and visibility.
- Design and send targeted email campaigns using Mailchimp to keep our audience informed and engaged.
- Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and Meta Business Suite — and use insights to refine strategy.
- Collaborate with our team to produce high-quality visuals, short-form videos, and branded content.
Qualifications
What we’re looking for :
A recent university graduate or apprentice with a strong interest in digital marketing.Hands-on experience with WordPress — this is a must.Familiarity with Google Ads, social media platforms, and email marketing tools like Mailchimp.Strong writing skills, creative thinking, and attention to detail.A proactive mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-moving industry.Bonus points for :
Google Ads or social media certifications.Experience with short-form video content (especially for TikTok).Interest in logistics, recruitment, or B2B marketing.Additional Information
