Your new role

In your new role as Finance Manager, you will lead the small but efficient finance team that manages the company's ever-growing property portfolio. You will be responsible for implementing best practice processes and controls around all aspects of the general ledger posting and reconciliation processes, implementing timetables and checklists for work to be completed. You will carry out the month-end reporting to the family and oversee the month-end close.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be an ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified or qualified by experience finance professional with experience working within the Property or Construction sector. You will have a strong attention to detail and be able to challenge existing processes and suggest improvements. You will have the ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the finance team and across the business.
