EYFS SEND Teacher

SEND Teacher Required for a specialist SEND primary school in Swindon that caters for children with Autism. The school aspires to provide all pupils with the skills and knowledge to reach their full potential in order to prepare them for the next stage of their learning journey. About the role :

• Full-time, fixed-term (or permanent) from September'25
• Early Years and / or SEND experience is preferable
• MPS / UPS pay (based on experience)
• Teaching responsibilities include : planning, marking and assessing in line with National Curriculum requirements
• Working as part of team with support from across the wider Trust which specialises in SEND
• Experience of using IEPs and carrying out CYP assessments would be valuable The ideal candidate will :
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status or ENIC (was NARIC) and right to work (overseas teachers only)
• Possess a valid DBS on the update service (or we can process one for you)
• Have an understanding of a range of Special Education Needs
• Be a reflective, empathetic and engaging classroom practitioner with the desire to make a real difference to pupil’s lives
