Job description

Bocca di Lupo is a much-loved multi-award-winning restaurant in the heart of Soho celebrated for regional Italian cooking that champions the obscure the delicious and the fiercely authentic. We showcase the best of Italys twenty regions with a menu that changes daily and a kitchen that makes almost everything in-house : from breads pastas and sausages to pickles salumi and mostarda.

We are extremely proud of what we cook and how we cook it.

Were now looking for a Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef to join our management team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with exceptional ingredients alongside a team that values skill creativity and genuine hospitality.

What we offer :

Who were looking for :

  • Friendly hardworking and reliable you know your craft and take pride in your work.
  • A love for Italian food - experience in Italian cooking is a big plus but not absolutely essential.
  • Organised and self-motivated - good at juggling tasks and keeping a cool head
  • Someone who can manage motivate and bring out the best in their team
  • Confident using Excel
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Sous Chef in a high-end restaurant
  • Job Types : Full-time Permanent

    Pay : 21.21-22.93 per hour
