About the Role :
We provide person-centred, trauma-informed, wellbeing-focused support. As an Intensive Floating Support Worker, you will deliver flexible support in the community to promote independence and tenancy sustainment.
Main Responsibilities :
This role involves supporting up to 5 semi-independent flats and our LaPorte service for unaccompanied young people, including working at Falkirk Hub as needed. The role requires a driver and willingness to add business insurance to your policy. You will work on a rota, including some weekends, for 20 hours per week. Responsibilities include :
