The Role
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Success Representative based in the UK. In this role, your primary focus will be conducting service reviews and coordinating onboarding activities to ensure our customers get maximum value from the Defense.com platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead regular service reviews with customers to assess satisfaction, identify opportunities, and address challenges
- Coordinate and manage smooth onboarding experiences for new customers, ensuring they are set up for success from day one
- Act as the bridge between customers and internal teams, capturing feedback and ensuring follow-up on action items
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, onboarding progress, and service outcomes using CRM tools
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Support teams to drive a seamless customer journey
What We’re Looking For
1-3 years in a customer success, onboarding, or account management role (B2B SaaS or cybersecurity experience is a plus)Excellent communication and relationship-building skillsOrganised, with strong time-management and coordination abilitiesTech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools and platformsBased in the UK and available for occasional in-person team meetings or client visits if neededWhat We Offer
