Sensata is looking for an experienced SFDC (Salesforce) Developer. This role involves designing, programming, and maintaining CRM systems, specifically Salesforce, to address critical business needs.
General Responsibilities
- Apply system solutions to business problems through the design and programming of automated systems.
- Configure, analyze, design, develop, and maintain CRM program codes and applications to support business processes and functions.
- Work on technical elements of small, medium, and large installations.
- Perform all aspects of programming assignments and assist with systems design.
- Be fully knowledgeable in CRM / Salesforce.com programming languages.
- Utilize knowledge and experience with technology and application development methodologies for systems analysis, testing, debugging, file design, and storage.
Criteria Required :
Experience with various SFDC implementations including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning, Financial Force PSA, Community Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, Omni Channel, Chatbot, and AppExchange applications.Proficiency in Salesforce custom Lightning Components, Lightning Data Services, Apex Class Development, Visualforce, Triggers, Data Migration, and creating reports and dashboards.Experience with SFDC configurations and customizations such as user interface, page layouts, tabs, custom fields, objects, validation rules, and triggers.Deep understanding of security / sharing rules, permission sets, Field Level Security, Record Level Security, profiles, roles, and resource monitoring.Ability to generate reports and dashboards in Salesforce.Experience with data loading tools like Apex Data Loader, Excel Connector, Import Wizard, and data export tools.Knowledge of integration with Oracle CPQ, EBS, custom applications via REST or Web services, and Oracle OCI.Hands-on experience with Force.com technologies including SFDX, LWC, Aura, Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, workflows, approvals, and APIs.Programming skills in Apex, Groovy, C++, Java / J2EE, JavaScript, XML, AJAX, HTML, CSS.Strong understanding of information processing fundamentals and best practices.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Experience in researching technology trends, standards, and products.Proven ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks effectively.Experience in system problem analysis and resolution.Certifications :
