Job Title : Showroom Assistant (Front of House)

Location : London Head Office

Start Date : Mid-August 2025

Contract : Full-Time Onsite

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Showroom Assistant (Front of House) to join our London showroom team. This pivotal role supports the smooth daily operation of our showroom and head office, acting as a brand ambassador and first point of contact for clients, couriers, senior personnel from partner companies, etc. You will work closely with the showroom manager and wider teams across logistics, sales, and sample management.

Key Responsibilities

Front of House Operations

Welcome all guests, including buyers, internal personnel, external partners
Answer and direct incoming calls within the business
Manage bookings, appointment confirmations, and courier logistics
Receive and distribute deliveries, post, and internal staff orders
Maintain and replenish office and kitchen supplies; assist with teas / coffees for clients as needed
Uphold an exceptional standard of hospitality and presentation in the reception and showroom areas

Showroom Coordination

Assist the showroom manager with diary management and seasonal campaign activities

Ensure all samples are carefully organised, tracked, and stored in pristine condition

Maintain showroom tidiness and visual standards; liaise with contractors for any maintenance as necessary

Support in coordinating and managing seasonal intern teams

Administrative & Logistics Support

Manage faulty returns from department stores and multi-brand clients across the UK and Ireland – assessing customer feedback and coordinating end-to-end logistics

Provide administrative support across showroom planning, recruitment, and compliance

Process and log the dispatch and return of samples with accurate digital tracking

Assist with campaign and off-season activities such as staff training, press events, and special projects

Candidate Profile

Technical Skills

Prior experience in a showroom, hospitality, or administrative support role is preferred

Confident communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office (especially Excel) is beneficial

Familiarity with basic inventory or sample management is a plus
