We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales and Lettings Administrator to support our busy office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales and lettings teams, ensuring a smooth client journey from instruction to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales and lettings teams

Prepare property particulars, tenancy agreements, and sales documents

Liaise with landlords, tenants, vendors, and buyers to ensure timely communication

Manage online property listings and update internal systems

Arrange viewings and follow up with feedback

Assist in compliance procedures, including referencing and right-to-rent checks

Maintain accurate records and file documentation

Provide front-of-house support, including answering phones and welcoming clients

Requirements

Previous experience in a similar role within estate agency (preferred but not essential)

Strong organisational and multitasking skills

High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property CRM systems (e.g., Reapit, Jupix, ALTO)

Friendly, professional manner and team-focused attitude

Ability to work independently and take initiative
