Telesales Executive

Location : Silvertown, E16 2BZ

Salary : £30,000 plus commission

Contract : Permanent

Hours : Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Are you a driven sales professional with a talent for building B2B relationships? Restore Harrow Green is looking for a Telesales Support Executive to join our team in Sawston, Cambridge. As a Telesales Executive, you’ll play a key role in generating new business opportunities through outbound calls and targeted campaigns. You’ll focus on identifying and converting prospects within our B2B client base, helping us deliver a seamless experience and drive continued business growth.

Telesales Executive Key responsibilities

  • Conduct proactive outbound calls to engage potential B2B customers
  • Research organisations to understand their relocation, storage or business continuity needs
  • Qualify leads and gather essential information to support the sales process effectively
  • Collaborate closely with the business development team to align on sales strategies
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales and call targets

About you

  • Previous experience in B2B telesales or outbound calling is essential
  • A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers
  • Resilient and self-motivated, with a proactive approach to achieving results
  • Confident using CRM systems and standard office software
  • Qualifications and experience
  • Proven experience in B2B telesales, outbound calling or a similar sales-based role (ESSENTIAL)
  • Familiarity with the relocation, storage or logistics industry is desirable but not essential
  • Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise and manage multiple leads effectively
