As a key player in the marketing team you’ll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and tracking the delivery of complex marketing initiatives across multiple workstreams.
The role responsibilities :
Lead the planning and scheduling of all marketing initiatives and integrated campaigns
Collaborate closely with internal teams and external agencies to align deliverables and resource needs
Prepare detailed delivery plans for FY26 and beyond
Coordinate workstream meetings, agendas, notes, and decision tracking
Manage significant marketing budgets and cost control across workstreams
Deliver high-level reports and updates to stakeholders
Ensure effective stakeholder communication and engagement at all levels
Essential Experience :
Proven experience gained in the Travel or Leisure Industries in delivering complex marketing projects across multiple workstreams essential
Strong skills in delivery planning, risk management, and reporting
Experience managing large marketing campaign budgets and working with agencies
Skilled in project scheduling tools and time / resource planning
Excellent stakeholder mapping and engagement abilities
This is a 12mth FTC paying up to £60k for the right candidate. Please note the required industry experience preference
