We have an opportunity for a Customer Support Advisor to join our team in Newbury.
This is a fixed-term role until June 2026 with a mix of home and office working.
You will be working part-time, 18 hours a week on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
The starting salary is £12,892 - £13,622 per year (£26,500 - £28,000 full-time equivalent), depending on experience.
The Role
As a Customer Support Advisor in our Customer Management Centre, you'll provide administrative responses to customer queries, resolving them promptly and efficiently, collaborating with colleagues across the business.
