Position : Soft Landscaper (Experienced / Team Leader)

Location : Cranleigh

Salary : £28,000 - £35,000 per year

Hours : Full-time, Permanent, 07 : 30-17 : 00

Note : A full Clean UK Driving Licence is required for consideration.

Chappell Enterprises UK is seeking a dedicated Soft Landscaper (Experienced / Team Leader) to join our reputable client, known for designing, building, and maintaining gardens across southern England.

Client Background

Our client has been crafting stunning gardens since 1996, with a reputation for excellence, including award-winning designs at RHS Chelsea and Hampton Court Flower Shows. They have a growing loyal customer base.

Key Responsibilities

• Create new landscapes through planting, lawn laying, and tree planting
• Develop existing landscapes with new planting and border refreshment
• Maintain gardens via shaping, pruning, and training plants
• Collaborate with clients to enhance their outdoor spaces
• Lead and mentor a team of landscapers
• Ensure work meets high standards and deadlines
