Finance Business Partner – FP&A

Location : Stirling, Scotland

Type : Full-time | Hybrid Working Available

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for financial planning and analysis? Do you thrive in a collaborative environment where your insights drive real business impact? We’re looking for a Finance Business Partner to join a dynamic and forward-thinking company in Stirling.

About the Role

As a Finance Business Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting business unit leaders with timely, data-driven insights that enhance decision-making and performance. You’ll lead budgeting and forecasting processes, conduct in-depth financial analysis, and help shape the financial strategy of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate budgeting and forecasting across departments (Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, Production)
Provide detailed analysis on pricing, volumes, fixed costs, and production costs
Support month-end and year-end closings, focusing on fixed and personnel costs
Track and validate monthly expenses and sales data
Prepare bonus accrual analysis in collaboration with Credit Control
Analyse pricing trends, margin evolution, and cost structures
Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions
Anticipate financial trends impacting margins and the P&L
Actively participate in cross-functional meetings, offering insights and constructive challenge
Share tools, training, and best practices across teams

What We’re Looking For

A qualified finance professional (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

Proven experience in FP&A or business partnering roles

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

Excellent communication and influencing abilities

Resilience and adaptability in fast-paced environments
