Asset Manager - Student Accommodation

With a sizeable Student Accommodation portfolio across the UK, it is an exciting time of growth for an already very well-established player in the market.

Joining the Asset Management team team, this person will play a key role in formulating and executing asset management strategies for their student housing assets, based in the UK.

You will be involved in asset and portfolio reporting, budgeting, formulating and executing asset enhancement initiatives, in order to optimise income and realise the highest value of their assets.

You will also prepare and maintain financial reports and variance analysis, prepare and monitor budgets and assist with financial modelling of assets, portfolio and funds.

Requirements include :

• At least 5 years Asset Management experience, some of which within the Student Accommodation sector.
• Strong commercial acumen and market awareness.
