About this role

We are looking for a hungry, passionate and creative brand marketer to drive forward our brand strategy and annual plans to deliver against ambitious growth targets. You’ll leverage our brand armoury - from our distinctive brand identity and TOV to our ever growing Restaurant, Grocery and Retail partners - to deliver brand communications nationally, regionally and locally.

You’ll be responsible for developing through-the-line creative platforms that drive awareness, reappraisal, consideration and preference amongst our core base and growth audiences. As brand guardian in the UK, you will influence communications across the full marketing mix, setting the standard for best-in-class creative execution and working hand in glove with our partner agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver against our vision for the future.

Working at pace, juggling multiple stakeholders, projects and KPIs, it is a meaty role for an experienced and ambitious marketer. We are looking for an exceptional candidate who brings fresh strategic and creative thinking - underpinned by insights and data - and bags of passion to inspire world class work.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role :

  • Work with the Senior Brand Manager to shape brand strategy and execute through the line marketing plan
  • Lead the development of creative platforms and propositions across Brand, Restaurant, Grocery and Retail portfolios
  • Lead through-the-line channel production and development of marketing materials - incl. TV, Radio, OOH, Digital and Owned
  • Work collaboratively with channel leads and in-house Global Brand and Studio teams to ensure consistency message across all consumer touchpoints
  • Author inspiring, clear and considered briefs to deliver best-in-class outputs from internal and external partners
  • Brand governance - influencing communications across the marketing mix
  • Consistently monitor campaign and creative performance, making recommendations on how to optimise and improve communications
  • Manage team and third party agencies, ensuring delivery within agreed budgets and timelines
  • Manage £multi million agency fee and production budget

What will you bring to the table?

  • Exceptional creative eye, with extensive experience in delivering insight led creative platforms and propositions, executed through-the-line
  • Extensive experience in leading creative productions across TV, Radio and OOH
  • Sound knowledge across the full marketing mix - TV, VOD OOH, Door Drops, PR, Experiential, Social, PPC, CRM and in app / web promotions
  • Creative thinker with a strong ability to spot innovative ways to solve challenges
  • Exceptional collaboration and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent senior stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in managing a high performing team
  • Able to juggle multiple projects
  • Detail oriented. Skilled at planning, organising, prioritising and delivering simultaneous projects
