Required Skills & Experience :
- Must have previous experience, ideally in sign making or a similar manufacturing role (minimum 2 years)
- Good technical knowledge
- A keen interest in design
- Proficient in project management software
- Good computer skills, numeracy skills, and knowledge of Word and Excel
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
The role :
Project managing jobs, monitoring staff workload & output, and liaising with the Workshop ManagerClient follow-ups after project completionManaging installations, liaising with clients on artwork including changes and sign-off, and overseeing installationLiaising between the Project Team and Production TeamQuality assurance – establishing quality control standardsOrdering project-specific stock and meeting with product suppliers / vendorsRe-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary and updating clients accordinglyEnsuring project deadlines are met on time, jobs are dispatched as scheduled, and final inspections are completedAssisting with recording stock levels and ordering workshop suppliesLiaising with clients to discuss optionsJ-18808-Ljbffr
