An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Oracle Cloud Programme Manager to join an in-flight enterprise Oracle Cloud transformation. This is a high-impact role, focused on leading the successful delivery of a multi-workstream programme covering ERP, HCM, Payroll, Procurement, and Supply Chain.

Exceptional stakeholder management abilities

Delivered large-scale enterprise programmes across Finance, HR, and Supply Chain

Skilled in managing Systems Integration (SI) partners

Strong communication and leadership skills

5 Areas of Responsibility :

Manage Programme Delivery across all workstreams and ensure alignment to strategic objectives

Engage stakeholders at all levels, both internal and external

Lead and manage SI partners to ensure accountability and results

Drive the successful implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, and SCM modules

Oversee the programme team , offering direction, mentorship, and decision-making leadership
