- Hours of work : Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week (30 mins lunch)
- Circa £24k to £26k+ Commission

- Development and progression available Job Duties :
- Dealing with new and existing customers
- Processing technical quotes, written or verbal quotations
- Order receipt, order entry, acknowledgement of orders
- Liaising with new and existing customers regarding prices, availability and provide guidance on the full product range
- Engaging with customers to converting quotations into sales
- Prospecting new customers to increasing sales
- Management of key accounts coupled with administration tasks
- Provide a high level of customer service, quoting, order processing and conversion rates Experience :
- At least 3 years in a similar sales and customer service role Education :
- Have a good level of education
- Experienced with Microsoft Office Programs -Word / Excel / Outlook / CRM Systems Skills :
- Excellent telephone communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels –ESSENTIAL
- Efficient, effective, and highly organised
- Management of own time
- Proven success of Sales and able to manage sales process
- Strong Administration skills
- Own autonomy in the role
- Self-motivated
- Positive attitude
- Able to work under pressure and exceed sales targets
