The Role : As Quantity Surveyor, you’ll be based out of the company’s Stansted office and take commercial lead on multiple construction projects up to £5m in value. You’ll be responsible for managing project finances from award through to final account, working closely with clients, consultants, and delivery teams to ensure profitability and high standards are maintained throughout. This is a great opportunity for an experienced QS looking to take ownership of projects within a growing regional contractor. Responsibilities :

• Manage the commercial aspects of new build and refurbishment schemes across a range of sectors.
• Prepare cost plans, budgets, and tender documentation, and track project costs throughout the lifecycle.
• Assess and value subcontractor packages, ensuring compliance with agreed terms.
