Field based, covering UK & Ireland, ideally based in the Sheffield / Leeds / Manchester area
Salary : £40-45K plus Car, overtime, bonus, and enhanced pension
Hours : 40 hours, Monday to Friday

Job Description :

Are you an experienced Field Service Engineer, ideally from a machine tools background, seeking a role with a well-established, global medical device manufacturer? Earnings can be significantly increased through overtime, and training will be provided on specific products and fields of work.

The company is well-established, financially healthy, and offers opportunities for progression due to the anticipated growth of the UK business.

The role involves covering the UK and Ireland, with occasional overnight stays, visiting client sites for pre-installation, installation, maintenance, and training support.

The Role

Full-time, permanent, field-based role with a global manufacturer supplying the dental sector.

Provide comprehensive technical and consultancy services to clients, including maintenance, servicing, installation, repairs, and training.

Travel across the UK and Ireland, with occasional overnight stays and travel to European headquarters for training.

The Person

Background in engineering—mechanical or electrical—through academic or work experience.

Experience in autonomous, client-facing field service or related roles.

Experience servicing and maintaining machinery, ideally machine tools or CNC equipment.

IT literacy, including MS Office and CRM systems such as SAP.
