Are you ready to lead a high-performing manufacturing team in a dynamic and innovative environment? Eaton is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor-Press Shop to drive operational excellence, ensure safety and quality standards, and lead strategic initiatives in our press shop operations.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will :

• Lead and coordinate manufacturing personnel to meet production schedules, quality standards, and safety goals.
• Monitor performance indicators and take action to ensure targets for cost, quality, and on-time delivery are met.
